Time sensitive - documents overdue
Hi there, We emailed you at the beginning of the month to request an updated copy of your expiring documents within two weeks, but have not yet received all of them. Apologies for the time pressure, but I'm writing to request that you send the needed documents right away, to avoid any issues. For example, for legal reasons, therapists whose professional licenses have expired are not able to work until the new one arrives. If you are currently waiting for the needed documents, please let Angela know the situation, and she will work with you to determine the best course of action depending on which documents they are.
