What if someone sends in a document and I can't figure out what kind it is?
If it's not clear what a document is, please look at the file name, as it may identify it. If not, please forward it to email@example.com and we will let you know.
What if someone sends an email explaining a delay with a document, a question, or some other type of message that doesn't fit in with this workflow?
Please forward it to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise how to handle it.
TB test documents do not show an expiry date. How should this be handled?
TB tests expire 7 years after the date the test was taken. To determine the expiry date, add 7 years to the date on the document. If there is more than one date on the form (for example, one date for when the test was given, and one for when it was analyzed) use the earliest date.
CPS training doesn't expire. How should that be handled?
Put an X in the expiry date field to indicate the document has been received.
Is anything needed besides an expiry date for any of the document types?
The only one is the professional licence, which also requires the license number to be typed in.
